Backup old website
If you want to migrate your website content and database, backup all files and create a database dump. You will need these data later to restore your website to your 
account.
- Upon request archives your website files and database from your old server and restores it to your new web space, including necessary changes of data paths and configuration. This service is available for most website types, e.g. Wordpress, Joomla, online shops and self-made homepages. If you like to order this free service, please notify by mail before you order the web space.

Domain transfer

Install your website in the new web space
Upload the files and database saved in step 
to your web space and update the configuration to match the new environment. If you had ordered the free website migration service, has already completed this step for you.
